Work Relief Charity Recruitment is recruiting for a nationwide charity specialising in the criminal justice system and the direct effects of crime.

Due to the increased demand for the charity’s services across the region, we are now looking to recruit an Administrator to support the management team.

 

Focussing on providing a reliable and accurate administrative service to the service delivery team, the Administrator will provide a wide range of admin and customer service support.

 

As a key support to the Service Delivery Manager you will:

  • Updating the case management system

  • Providing case management support to local Case Managers and volunteers

  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing mail, telephone and general queries

  • Providing general administrative support

  • Sending letters and compiling reports

  • Assist Case Managers with volunteer management and the maintenance of volunteer records

  • Helping raise awareness of The Charity whilst taking part in local fundraising events

 

This is a super role for an experienced office administrator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

 

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in undertaking, implementing and maintaining efficient administrative systems. 

  • Good team partnership working experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,

  • The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and have a real affinity for our charitable aims and develop local partnerships

  • The ability to work with Microsoft Office and bespoke IT systems

  • Be able to work as part of a team without direct supervision and prioritise their work, dealing effectively and efficiently with competing and conflicting demands on their time
