Work Relief Charity Recruitment is recruiting for a nationwide charity specialising in the criminal justice system and the direct effects of crime. Due to the increased demand for the charity’s services across the region, we are now looking to recruit an Administrator to support the management team.
Focussing on providing a reliable and accurate administrative service to the service delivery team, the Administrator will provide a wide range of admin and customer service support.

Provision of general administrative support to the Services Delivery Managers

Assist and maintain manual and computerised systems and records in accordance with relevant internal and external policies, procedures and legislation.

Support the administrative process of onward referrals for service users.

Assist and supply information and correspondence to internal and external contacts in accordance with required deadlines.

Support operational staff who deliver training events to produce course materials and with course management e.g. booking venues.

Ensure processes relating to the Disclosure and Barring Service are followed at all times and maintain an appropriate monitoring system.

Demonstrate positive behaviours which reflect our policies and values

Provision of general office administration support including, but not limited to, photocopying, filing, data entry, answering emails and telephone calls.

Assist Services Delivery Managers with volunteer management and the maintenance of volunteer records.

Take minutes of any meetings, make room bookings and refreshments where required.

Placing orders for office supplies and liaising with suppliers as required.
This is a super role for an experienced office administrator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Be able to demonstrate the ability to work with Microsoft Office and bespoke IT systems,

Be able to work as part of a team without direct supervision and prioritise their work, dealing effectively and efficiently with competing and conflicting demands on their time
