Working closely with senior management, duties will include:

  • Operations Management of the chain of charity shops

  • Planning and opening new shops

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced charity shop manager to further their career in a more senior role. We are looking for professional candidates that can offer genuine business acumen and implement strategies to improve the charity’s retail trading performance.

Although training will be provided in many aspects of the role, candidates must have:

  • A proven track record in successfully managing charity shops within recognisable brands such as Oxfam or British Heart Foundation

  • A strong level of professionalism and business acumen with the ability to work with senior management in developing strategies to improve the performance of the charity’s retail trading
