Work Relief Charity Recruitment is recruiting for the UK’s largest charity supporting those affected by criminal acts and antisocial behaviour. The charity provides direct support and advice to those affected by crime, supporting those affected through the most suitable means possible.
We are recruiting for a Project Manager to manage the service delivery partnership between the charity and statutory body.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager experienced in working within a multi-agency environment to assist in the development of the recently established Bedfordshire Victim Services Partnership and the changing funding landscape for victim care.
We are looking for a highly motivated person who is experienced in delivering a number of work streams to demanding timescales to join our team. The post holder will be based in either Luton or Bedford but will be expected to travel mainly within the county.
This is the ideal role for an experienced Project Manager or Programme Manager with experience of working closely with statutory bodies or a multi-agency environment.
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will have a full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
You will have experience of communicating and influencing and you will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision, prioritise work, provide written reports and deal with competing or conflicting demands in an organised and methodical manner. Working effectively with a range of partners is an important part of the role as are presentational and communications skills.
All applicants must be able to evidence experience of working with Microsoft Office, email and the Internet.
To apply, please email a copy of your up to date CV. All suitable candidates will be asked to complete an application form.
The deadline for the return of applications is 09:00 on Thursday 15th January 2015.
Due to the high number of applicants, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. If you have not heard from one of our representatives within 1 week of applying, then your application has been unsuccessful.
