Work Relief Charity Recruitment is recruiting for a nationwide charity specialising in the criminal justice system and the direct effects of crime.
Due to the increased demand for the charity’s services across the region, we are now looking to recruit an Administrator to support the client contact centre team.
Focussing on providing a reliable and accurate administrative service to the client contact centre team, the Administrator will provide a wide range of admin and customer service support.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to a team who will be undertaking comprehensive assessments of service users’ needs and associated risks by phone, with a view to providing a range of services to support the identified needs.
Main duties:

Provision of administrative support to the team and senior staff ensuring all general administrative requirements are met.

Preparation of cases for assessments.

Work collaboratively with other employees across the organisation to support effective daily operations
-
Ensure that sufficient accurate data has been supplied for referrals and follow up to obtain required information as necessary.

Ensure referrals meet the funding criteria and that consent has been given in appropriate cases.

Assist with the supplying of information and correspondence to internal and external contacts in accordance with required deadlines.

Complete the download of referrals from the police

Provision of general office administration support including, but not limited to photocopying, filing, data entry, answering emails and telephone calls and ordering office supplies
This is a super role for an experienced office administrator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to be part of a new and evolving initiative to deliver information and support to victims of crime in Kent. The role of will develop along with the rest of this new team as the service evolves. We are looking for applicants who have the skills and the motivation to be part of this on-going process.
